  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Our cancellation policy is as follows:

    • Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance of the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
    • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.
    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will be charged the full rental fee.
  • Do you require deposits?

    Yes, we require a deposit of 50% of the total rental fee to hold your date.

    The payment is due in full at the time of booking.

    We accept all major credit cards, checks, and money orders.

    The rental fee includes the use of the venue, tables and chairs, a dance floor, a stage, and a sound system. We also have a variety of other amenities available for rent, such as linens, silverware, and catering equipment.
